So I made a gif player right? With PreloadAsync, but my problem is even though the script preloads the images or decals for the gif, the script updates the imageLabel incorrectly.
So to make it easier to understand, imagine watching an old school 1930's talkie and the video would constantly flicker like lights, instead of giving the viewer a nice smooth 60fps. To make it, even more, easier to understand, the gif player is just not smoothly playing the gif like how I intended.

I thought about building something like that. You could just put all decals on the part and change the transperancy of the decals in order. So you could even make a fade in fade out if needet. |

btw going for 60fps isn't necessary. a film runs at 24 - 25 fps. 60 fps is usefull for games because when you look around more fps means a smoother transition.
but on a screen you can get away with as low as 12 fps. |

one more thing why a lower framerate would be better is if you go with a highframerate and its out of sync with roblox own fps then you can get all sort of strange flickering and artifacts.
Its like filming an old cathode ray tube TV. |

Well the thing is that I know this can be fixed without an alternative. I need someone to help me solve my problem head on.
My only problem is that the gif constantly flickers, even when ran at 15 fps for example. |

| the problem is preload makes it faster for them to laod. I suggest actually having each of them display, under a 0 transparency frame, so they may actually load, if that makes any sense. Then when you need to use them, they will be ready. |
