The point system has been made to make our department more realistic, and to give a consistent amount of discipline from agent to agent. This system will make promotions and demotion more fair. The use of this system is as much YOUR responsibility to monitor as ours. All agents shall be given starting points which is consistent with that of your rank, and all trainees will start with zero. The system maxes out at one hundred points when you shall be rank of Supervisory Agent, promotions after that shall be at the discretion of the high ranks. If you hit nineteen points or below, you’ll be warned to step up your game, and a notice will be issued. You must reach above twenty points within five days, or you’ll be exiled. If you hit ten points, you’ll automatically be exiled. Whenever you are exiled, all of your points are erased.
Loss of points may occur. Below are a few common cases for point loss, and how many points will be deducted for each offense. a. Abuse of Tools: 5 points b. Failure to Complete Ninety Minutes of Patrolling in a Week: 5 points c. Asking for a Rank Up: 3 points d. Asking for a Training/Tryout: 3 points
Gain of points may also occur. By either trainings, or if a high rank sees you at D.C. and decides you’re doing an extraordinary job. |
