I was sending some messages to ROBLOX because my account has been hacked, I told them all the details necessary and they messaged me back! I was so happy, then this is what I got...

Common sense, do you not think that if I message you I haven't checked the help pages? Plus, what does it mean by, your ticket is -------? No instructions about how I actually tell them about my problem, just check the help pages, well, newsflash ROBLOX, your help pages don't apply for iPads, I was there reading: 'Right click' and 'Copy and Paste' which isn't helpful.
I hope ROBLOX sees this and updates their help pages, I bet loads of you reading this are thinking I'm an idiot and, guess what, I am.

You can copy paste on ipads, just hold your finger on the text and the option should pop up if i remember correctly
