From what I can see in your twitter post, it seems they are correct in their moderation, the template, image background, were not supposed to involve actual human being, as stated in the Terms of Services.

@Inf I've used that template for about 3-4 months with only being moderated around twice. I dont know the actual problem mainly because they've let me do it before countless times.

Hmm, that is strange... but as to avoid any further moderation incidents, I recommend that you contact Roblox regarding this case, as I suspect that you are incorrectly moderated by their automatic system.

| Can't really, hence why I posted here. I can't find a UK ##### ###### and the email takes around 5 days to get a response from, making the whole thing kinda pointless. The funny thing is, I remade the shirt the exact same but changed the file name slightly and it went through without a problem. There wasn't anything harmful in the file name however half of it was tagged. |

Totally not worth emailing ROBLOX but if you feel like you have been banned for no reason I would contact ROBLOX as they will do something about it like all company's do with a complaint.

Hi, dabritishboy69!
Yes, they do have a call centre but it is automated to one sentence only saying you need to contact them at the email again if you would like to complain you will need to complaint to them about the mods.
