Sometimes when I exit out of a roblox game my whole computer crashes and gives me the blue screen. This never happens but sometime around july it started to happen.
I emailed the roblox email and they said I had a virus or something thats causing it. I don't have any virus's at all, I just scanned this now. All I have on here is roblox and some other games. I Also have a good computer, so I don't see what the issue is here.
Some other people have reported the same thing as roblox crashing their computer. |

I'm not surprised the Roblox technical support team would be so useless. There are a number of things that could be causing this, and I highly doubt a virus is one of them. The best thing you can do is write down the error message you see in the BSoD and look it up.
SilentBuddy won't be much help, after all he is the guy who goes on the Help & Technical Support subforum, and tells people to just contact Roblox support before locking the threads, silencing anyone else who might be able to help. |

Storm i've never seen anyone complain about this, and i spent around a month-ish on technical support. i don't think that really anyone is getting it besides you unless they have a virus on their computer.
