In the case of a rogue Class-D personnel, Chaos Insurgent, or Foundation personnel, you would not hesitate to shoot and kill said hostile personnel.
When the SCP does breach, you would escort the researchers out of the room, if they do not comply, you kill them. When that is over with, you would lockdown the entire hallway with the SCP that breached, and await MTF/RRT Arrival, in the case of no MTF, you would re-contain the SCP yourself, Security Agents and above are the first to be sent into the SCP containment zone, if they are all not online, all SD would use their heads and contain the SCP themselves.
Communication is a vital asset to having a secure facility, this is why we have a radio. Use it! If there is a massive amount of raiders, ask an officer to send some more men to the main gate, if there is a breach, alert the facility.
Shooting Foundation personnel is strictly prohibited. The only case to shoot a Foundation personnel is if they are in a breach and refusing to evacuate, if they are refusing to leave the room even though there is a host and 2 assistants/spectators, or if they are attacking other Foundation personnel—Gone Rogue—.
In the case of UA—Unauthorized personnel—and CI—Chaos Insurgents—at the main gate, you would deny access to them entirely. Chaos Insurgents are to be treated as raiders, and Unauthorized personnel are to be treated as unwanted guests. When the Unauthorized personnel begin to try to get into the facility, you would then terminate them without warning, then they would be treated as a threat. |
