sorry, but the entire place looks pretty dull and flat because of the lighting. it's too uniform and white, on top of the fact that the walls and floors are basically empty.

also, the colour scheme isn't very interesting. everything is either black, white or grey. maybe you're going for that sort of style, but i don't encourage it. try making the walls white and the furniture either a brighter colour or a pastel colour.

gotta give credit for your proportions though, your furniture and doorways have proper sizes.

have you tried downscaling instead of making large rooms? using smaller rooms will work better with the lighting, and will feel much more comfy. (it's also less work and you will make progress a lot faster) but, if you wanna go for larger rooms, i'd suggest going for higher cellings, but this won't look good in all rooms. it's just a trail and error thing, but colour will really enhance the appearance of the place. making ### #### a differnt colour (probably either some sort of pastel green or a brighter colour) will also break the pattern on the walls a bit more. if you wanna make ### #### a different colour, it'd suggest the large wall in the ''living room'' section. if you make the furniture orange and the wall behind it blue, you got a nice complimentary colour scheme, but maybe it won't really work out.
