omg i cant figure this stuff out im desperate so im on roblox. just cant seem to get this concept down
prove the statements using the epsilon delta definition of a limit
limit as x→a (x)=a
limit as x→a (c)=c
ill give some robux or somethin if someone helps me with both |

i took calc in HS and its only been 2 weeks and im completely lost in college calc
delta and epsilon are new to me |

| let c and a be ######## ### c = c, as x approaches a epsilon = ε, delta = δ let ε > 0, meaning ε is a positive number. f(x) = c, and L = c. (i.e. ### f(x) = L) we want to choose a number for δ where δ > 0 (positive number). 0 < ##### # # ### ##### - L| < ε therefore can be rewritten as: 0 < |x-a| < δ ==> |c-c| < ε what "|c-c| < ε" is is a condition that holds no matter what δ is so long as it is greater than zero. reworded off a tb solutions problem but if you are still confused, tell me which part is confusing and i'll try to give a simplier explanation if i can. |
