What are some unique characteristics you possess?
Please correct the following sentence. “i cme too dis iNTERVIEW to wORK at cappucCINO”
How did you find Cappuccino°?

• Interview Procedure •
When the safe chat tests and rules have concluded, select o ne person at random to interview. Ask your customer to follow you to an empty room and have them sit in the chair in front of the desk and begin the interview. You might also want to ask your customer if they have any questions before you begin, then proceed to ask the interview questions. Judge them relatively harshly on their response time and correct grammar usage, as we want fast and professional baristas. Also, judge them on how thoughtful their answers appear. If they pass, congratulate them and inform them of the handbook (especially the trainee guide) and the other useful information that can be found there. Then have them follow you upstairs and have them sit at o ne of the tables to await their promotion. If they fail, correct them on what they did wrong and inform them that they can try again at the next interview and dismiss them. If they don’t leave right away, you should kick them.
