| I want to become an advanced builder. I would like to know how to make custom shapes like curved ships and detailed items/buildings. Anyone have tips? |

there are lots of things you can do You should make a blueprint of what you wan to make f i r st then just make a small version of it not detailed then build everything little by little and add good texture make it look real! |

Experiment. Most people simply learned by experimenting everytime they found about a new feature. As for those cutom shapes, you're looking for unions. Or custom meshes made with 3rd party programs that have nothing to do with ROBLOX. |

| It's about experimenting and knowing ############ blueprints. You need to have a good imagination to build. You need to think and image what you are going to build. Soon enough, you will become good! |

Don't use plugins. Don't watch youtube videos. Use unions. Build stuff for 150 hours. Watch youtube videos and laught at how bad they are at teaching. Now you can use plugins. Keep grinding those hours.
Great job, you are now a great builder.
Most people aren't good because they don't build enought. |

Yeah. Grinding for hours does help in the end. A lot of your work will be thrown in the garbage bin and never be used. Haundreds of hours will be wasted in the name of experience. You're extremely likely to be a horrible builder in the beginning just like pretty much everyone.
But who knows. Maybe you'll end up a pro. |

Grinding.
Repeatedly performing an action/event to attain an item. Most commonly used when referring to an RPG (Role Playing Game), i.e. World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy, etc.
like any other skill, practice makes perfect. Chances of you sucking after spending more than 150 hours in studio should atleast get you to a decent level. Or at least my level cuz that's what I did. |

Doing the same thing again and again to the point it's boring for most people. A sound example would be RPG grinding where you need to reach a higher level so you keep doing the same quests, beating the same mobs, until you reach that level. |
