INTRODUCTION: HR's: Your secondary job is to train LR's and MR's to the next rank up.
e.g. "1 [LR] Trainee" Would be trained up to 2 [LR] Trained Driver.
You are not permitted to skip ranks or free rank. These can get you fired.
Please note that you can not train for HR ranks, you will have to interview them.
You can only interview someone when they are at a MR rank.
HOW TO TRAIN: 1| Training a rank "1 [LR] Trainee" to "2 [LR] Trained Driver"
>The first thing you will do is teleport the trainee to you at the depot. >You will then let the trainee choose the train he/she would like to drive. (Classes 105 & 185 are not permitted for training). >You will then guide the Trainee to H ull >After arriving at H ull, wait a minute. >You will then guide the Trainee to Hutton Cranswick, calling at Beverley along the way. >When the Trainee reaches Hutton Cranswick, you will conclude the training by telling them if they passed/failed.
NOTE: It is important that you teach the trainee the basics of signals (Green = Proceed, Yellow = Proceed at Caution, Red = Stop
2| Training a rank "2 [LR] Trained Driver" to "3 [LR] Dispatcher"
>You will guide the person who you are training to the concourse at Hull station >Then you will give he/she a Dispatch baton (done by saying :give [PlayerName] Dis) and a whistle (done by saying :give [PlayerName] whis) >You will then tell them how to dispatch. (1##t##h####### #l#####oors, 2nd = Depart) >When a train arrives, you will guide he/she to the platform where the train is present, where you will ask he/she to dispatch it. >You will then conclude the training by telling them if they passed/failed.
3| Training a rank "3 [LR] Dispatcher" to "4 [LR] Signaller"
>You will start by bringing he/she to the Signal box >You will then run through the basics of signalling. (Green = Go, Yellow = Proceed at Caution, Red = Stop) >You will guide he/she to the red buttons on the Diagram of Hu##################ed, O = Orange, G = Green)[The signals are placed accurately on the diagram] >You will then observe he/she operating the signals, and give them a score out of 10. {They need at least 6 t# ##s####is section. If he/she has gotten lower, fail him/her} >You will then teach he/she how to do the points, and to be careful where they are set. (Points in the H ull area are operated by the signaller in shifts) >You will then observe he/she doing both the signals and points. >Then you will give the score out of 10 {They need at least 5 #o##a####his section. If he/she has gotten lower, fail him/her} >You will then conclude the training by telling them if they passed/failed.
NOTE: Signallers do NOT require moderator.
4| Training a rank "4 [LR] Dispatcher" to "5 [MR] Customer Service"
>Start by leading them to the Ticket office >You will the tell them how to give someone a ticket (:give [PlayerName] r) >Then, you will name yourself 'Customer' >Walk up to the ticket desk >They should politely say something like "Hello, how may I help you." >If he/she does not say anything in a polite manner, fail him/her. If he/she does, pass him
NOTE: the person you are training will require moderator to be trained. If he/she passes, the person can keep the moderator. If he/she failed, moderator will be stripped from the person.
5| Training a rank "5 [MR] Customer Service" to "6 [MR] Behavior Management"
>You will start by talking he/she through what to do in an argument (they would use warnings; 4 warnings = Notify a HR to ban them) >Then you would ask them what to do in a case of Minor Admin abuse (Which is 2 warnings) >After that, you will ask them what to do in a case of Major Admin Abuse (Such as nuking and banning people for no reason. You will tell them to notify someone who's rank is higher than the Abusers rank. >If all done correctly, pass them.
