The following guide will contain a list of the roles within PBC, as well as a brief description of what each role does within PBC. This Guide also has an application template which you will need to use if you wish to apply for a job with us.

Audience - The default rank for when you join the group.
Actor/ Actress - You will be taking part in shows for PBC, with some sort of role to play within a production.
Production Crew - You will be assisting the Producers such as with organising the Actors and Actresses, coming up with ideas with your Producers, and in addition, you may also do some writing and editing for the Producers.
Editing Team - You will be responsible for editing videos, examples include: adding subtitles, compiling footage, adding audio an so forth.
Writer - You will be responsible for writing scripts for productions and writing articles for PBC.
Producer - You will be responsible for making productions, as well as managing those who are working with you to do your production. This role is extremely important, as it requires strong leadership, a high range of skill and high standards.
Executive Producer - You have to be Handpicked by the PBC President or Higher in order to obtain this rank. The role for people with this rank is to manage the Producers, and ensure they are keeping the Producers and their crew up to standards.
PBC Vice President - Assists the PBC President in making decisions, and will act like a Deputy for when the PBC President is not there to make certain decisions. You must be Handpicked by the PBC President or above in order to receive this rank.
PBC President - The PBC President will lead the group as a whole. You must be handpicked by the Director of Media or above to achieve this rank.
Director of Media - Not obtainable.
PB Vice President - Not obtainable.

We will let you know if you have passed your application. If you do, you will then be asked to have an interview, and if you complete it successfully, you will be an official member of staff for PBC.
