The following is a description for Ad Artisans and GFX Artisans.
Ad Artisans These members will be the ones making ads for the Artisan’s Guild. It may not seem as important as other positions, however they are the ones that get word about sales, and position openings out.
The Basics. Ad artisans will check the group wall frequently assignments. A group official will state what is needed to be advertised and ad artisans will create ads and submit them for review via discord. The ad(s) that gets chosen will then be displayed.
[]NOTE[] If your ads surpass our quality standards we may assign jobs for you, and you will not need to constantly check the wall for assignments.
Payouts. Ad artisans will get paid a base of 10 R$ for their ad(s) + 1 R$ for every ten clicks their ad receives.
Earnings limit. In order to make sure that you continue to use your skill at ad creation, you may only profit off of your ad(s) for three runs. After which the Guild owns the ad and can run it whenever without having to pay the artisan who originally made it. But don’t worry, ads usually die after three runs.
GFX Artisans. These members are the ones who draw pictures for ads or shirts. This rank is meant for those who do not have the experience required for designing shirts, but do have the skill for drawing good pictures. Their pictures may also wind up on group ads.
IF the picture winds up on an ad, the user gets paid the same as an ad artisan however they only profit from one run.
IF the picture/design is used for shirts, the GFX artisan is paid the same as a clothing artisan and earn a percentage of the sales made.
Management All artisans report to Officers for instruction or help. Contact will be through the group wall. Sometimes management will try to contact you, so please keep your messaging open to everyone! Usually Officers will check up on activity and process your renewal forum.
[]NOTE[] DO NOT contact managers for rank related questions, they are not responsible for artisans and we do not want to waste their time. Always contact Officers.
