-- These predictions will be based off of how teams grew during the off-season/pre-season and how they are expected to start off due to so. Can't read every team from the back of my palm, but these are relatively truthful and made with no bias whatsoever.
> Good luck to each team competing during Week 1, and have fun.
Newark Destroyers @ Corinth Spartans A classic ejec vs tekt match-up, definetly worthy of the season opener. Not predicting this game, but this will be a good one.
Players to watch: Newark - Ejected, Kelviin, PO1SONED, MeekD1, QuanYUH, Amxsh, FantyFant, KingMakaveli, Hardscoped Spartans - Tekty, FreshATL, DeathATL, IBootshotz, Flashbacking, mustdestroy3, look01, rocky7171, YungJustin
Predicted score: N/A
Millikan Rams @ Barton Bruisers A classic Mailard-oriented team against a quiet Bruisers team. Not much noise came from Brton this off-season, so I can't predict them at all. What I can say though is that I believe they'll be revolved around chemistry as I see a friendly-commuted team built around Jermster. Alas, I'm favoring Rams this time. Not only because of the level of skill Rams have that's slightly over Bruisers, but I've watched Rams throughout the pre-season/off-season, and I can't say the same for Bruisers. I believe this game will be decided within 3 posessions, possibly 4.
Players to watch: Bruisers - Jermster, Jadis_Walker, Mo_ns, ToxicWN, CrackedLOX, MattIce, VimWN, Rams - WhyTJWhy, Mailard, Lavy_kyle, Hydropants, Alijr, FractionTM, Bottomrock42,
Predicted Score: 46 - 31 Rams
Saxon Sunbirds @ RedCliff Raiders This right here will be a pretty good match-up. Coming off of a drastic season that ended shortly due to a non-playoff spot, Sunbirds will be seeking an early win against Raiders to seek success for the new beginning for Icey. On the other hand, the VB-Contending Raiders have droughtfully depleted roster-wise, but not much thanks to Patriots taking the HC role and developing a S13 Turks-like roster. This game will be a toss-up, yes, but I'm going with the Raiders. Why? Patriots is more of a reliable QB than Icey period, and the roster that Patriots has built around him is chemistry-oriented, which will help out alot, especially defensively. This game should be high scoring at least, but going in the Raiders' favor. Wouldn't be suprised if Sunbirds upset though.
Player to watch: Raiders - Patriots, ClutchK, Hezlep, LordyJay, FreezingOP, Hancok4 Sunbirds - Icey, PrinceBoogz, SlickBenji, BeastGome
Predicted score: 47 - 34 Raiders
Canton Greats @ Dansville Ducks Decent match-up here, especially because these teams are pretty equal in skill. Not too much can be said about Jynx's Canton though. Pretty quiet off-season, haven't heard too much of them. Assuming Treko is QB'ing for the team, they should be pretty decent if he's been practicing and unrusting his position. As for the Ducks, though, they're looking pretty thick offensively. With s_and, Sh_ade and oh_nah carrying the work load offensively under Oohdime's offense, they should be fine to plow through a weak Canton defense, and that's not even mentioning them picking up Elds and Zach_BD later in the off-season, strengthening their defense even more. Nonetheless, can't sleep on The greats though. Treko might have something up his sleeve for the Ducks. Other than that, I'm favoring ducks. Expect a great offensive game for them, winning by a few, if not many posessions.
Players to Watch: Ducks - Oh_nah, Oohdime, sh_ade, s_and, MikeATL, Elds/Zach_BD Canton - Jynx, Treko, BreadyforBed, FlameofInfinity
Predicted Score: 42 - 28 Ducks
Roblox Warriors @ Tremont Turks Warriors, coming off of a tragic season last year, are looking to bounce back after picking up Hunter and Deusix from the F/A waivers, revolving an offense/defense around them as well. Though the Squadron has major history within choking (Later on in the season mostly), their regular season performances are always exciting to watch, and usually successful. On top of that, their defense is looking solid too, especially with Koi and Gundevil rushing. Pressure will definetly be applied. On the other hand, Turks, led by QB AdvancedGame, are not to be taken lightly either. Advanced has proven himself worthy last season, taking the gauntlet at QB, and almost making playoffs on his first year. He's taken on tough opponents, such as the Spartans (L) and the Raiders (W). He's definetly a proven QB, and with the right team around him, he can definetly prove his team as the Dark Horses of the OWC. Though they have a great chance, I'd still go with the Warriors. As I'm seeing a shootout game here, Hunter will eventually pull it through with his team of G-Spamming powerhouses.
Players to watch: Warriors - Hunter, Deusix, Veerup, Koi, Gundevil, Hokage_TCN, Kakashi Turks - AdvancedGame, Mocrews, KodakYRN, AlwaysHawking, iKidi
Predicted score: 49 - 37 Warriors
