Inefficient code. Unnecessary looping. The "Viruses" you get from free models.

too many parts unnecessary scripts the iNfECtioN scripts in free models long, long, long, long scripts with unnecessary lines of code too many everything basically

Obsessive use of brick count or union count. Should have a balance in between both.
Particles can also cause lag depending on the size of it.

Only use never ending loops with little wait when you have to.
