Im working on a chassis that needs to update a NumberValue called "RPM" on the server's side. The update for the value of the NumberValue is sent from the clients side. Is there a more efficient method to change the value rather than sending a :FireServer() every frame? (The value has to be updated every frame for certain things on the server's side to change with it)

I should mention the RPMs are calculated on the clients side for various reasons. Lets just say I cant calculate it on the servers side efficiently.

i dont believe u need to even call a remote event while doing this. exploiters wont be able to mess with the number. Mistake me if i am wrong

Well, I just send a request to change the value and then the server verifies and changes the request. Thats to block exploiters from messing with the value.
