As the title infers, I am wondering if there is any known way to give planetary gravity to objects in Roblox. I haven't messed with gravity, so I am just wondering this before I get into it more.

I am way past the basics of lua, besides gravity that is, xD. Could you explain to me more this blahblaby guy or whatever his name is?

How does this even work? I tested it, walked on it, then fell off. It doesn't work.

It works, but not if I scale it to make it larger, which I need.

| It would be a lot of math involved, but it's possible. |

Well to help you all understand I was THINKING of making a game like KSP but on roblox, so it would need orbits, gravity, all that stuff.

| if you're just starting out scripting making something that's like KSP is probably a bad idea because there's soooooooo much math + physics in that game.. |

LOTS of math (as stated above), but if you want to go through the headache of programming it, then I think people would actually play a game like this, as there isn't really a game like this on ROBLOX already other than showcases and it's a neat concept.
You may want to study physics and gravity in the real world so you know what kind of math you should approach. If I'm bored, then later I may decide to try making something like this just as a reference point, but it'd take camera manipulation and I'm not too good at that. Nonetheless, if you decide to go through with this idea, then good luck. |

I only took one class in Physics which I don't think is enough, xD. I do like this concept but to be honest, I don't know if Roblox's engine could handle it. I still like the thought of it though.
