this script is inside of a part that is being cloned into the Workspace. There is no error or "test0202" in the output. The same occurs when the part is moved into Workspace (parent changed) instead of being cloned
The code works in studio (locally) but not in-game

You have the wrong idea OP.
Testing in studio will always have filtering disabled, no matter what. The only times filtering will be enabled is when you're actually in-game or you start a local server and client. So if you're testing your code, always test on a local server or on an actual Roblox server (i.e. When you play from your game's page.)
Anyways, you need to elaborate more on what you're trying to do. Are you trying to send the print message to a client? Are you trying to get the client that clicked said object? Is the object even clickable and have a function that will run when it's clicked?
