drink the milk of the warmth and watch videos on youtube and then you fall asleep. it a very good process |

normally what i do is i will take a large breath, hold it for 10 seconds, then slowly let it out.

Here are the two things I do that work for me
1. Listen to music. Whenever I find it difficult to sleep, I listen to music and close my eyes. I eventually feel very tired and just fall asleep. 2. Get up and walk around. It's better than lying in bed trying to force yourself to sleep. You have something to do, and you might eventually tire out.
