| I really need some help. My son has loaded ### worth of Robux ####### to date and none have loaded onto his account even though it says we were successful. We have tried putting in the codes via iPad and laptop both without success. Please help. We feel like we have lost our money. Many thanks. Jodie. |

| This has happened to me, on my phone i tried to use the payout on the ROBLOX site and it didn't work when I did it on the game it worked, but this seems much different. |

| Ok get once Alright what you need to do is delete system 32 it resets everything and after this your ROBUX should appear |

| Don't delete system 32, it is practically ur whole PC, if u delete it, ur PC will just stop working and break. I can't believe some ppl fall for that |

| It doesn't destroy it, it resets it, so roblox will load so you know anything about computers????? These allowes the storage to open, and roblox to restart. |
