| All I'm trying to do is have an anchored item sit and be able to be picked up infinite times, so far I haven't found what I'm looking for. Do any of you know where I can find this script? |

| If you're talking about gears, then a gear can be automatically picked up ## ################# ## the gear has a Child that is a brick and is labeled "Handle". Roblox will do the rest. If you're talking about regenerating gears, then there are scripts that will give you a copy of the gear. I think there is also a script made by Roblox where any gear lying on top of it will be automatically copied, and once picked up, a duplicate of the same gear will be put on top of it. If you want a gear to be picked up, it can't be anchored or else something wierd happens that doesn't allow the gear to move along with you, and your arm actually gets teleported to the gear. Hope that helps |

odd how every single time I try to use the giver maker, and test it out it literally never works. I feel hopeless in this point in time.
If there was a script for certain players (admins) to be given a specific item when they join, that would be the most useful thing right now |

Make sure when you make the giver script, the gear gets put into the player's Backpack. This can be done like this"
-- script.Parent.Touched:connect(function(hit) humanoid = hit.Parent:FindFirstChild('Humanoid') if humanoid ~= nil then local wplayer = hit.Parent local player = game.Players:FindFirstChild(wplayer.Name) --
And from there you can make a clone of the gear, preferably from replicated storage, and put it into player.Backpack.
As for the admin thing only, do the same thing, but make list of all the admins, and if the player touching it shares the same name, it will give it to them
ex: -- local admins = {"Player","MyMom","Cheesecake"} --
I hope that helped too! |

| local admins = {"name1", "name2", "name3"} local tool = directions to the tool ########################################################## ################### = p:WaitForChild("StarterGear") local backpack = p:WaitForChild("BackPack") if not backpack:FindFirstChild(tool.Name) then tool:Clone().Parent = backpack end end) there's your free script |

the tags were a player added event with player argument "p"
and the next line was
tool:Clone().Parent = p:WaitForChild("StarterGear") |

| I urge you to not only learn how to make 'a player added event with player argument "p"', but learn why it looks like that and how events work in general which you can apply to numerous other problems you'll undoubtedly come across. |
