It's a huge part of some games and you usually have to build your own if you want it, so I wanted to simplify that ...

It's the standard, basic grid placement system: You can drag any model/part within a certain grid (which would be your base) and it snaps to a certain amount (which you specify).
Except its simplified where you just have to call to this instead of dealing with it yourself, so you can focus on other parts of your game.

Note that it only works locally. The placeholder will also only be displayed locally, so other players can't see it (assuming FilteringEnabled is on, which it should be); this is by design. You can request me to make it server-sided and I might, but I don't see a use for it.
