just change the wait time between the rotation or change the rotation increment.

local time = .2 --set the time you want it to rotate i recommend around .2
while true do if gui.Rotation == 360 -- checks if its 360 cos if it is it will break so it will reset back to 0 so the script can carry on then gui.Rotation = 0 else wait(time) -- waits so long before it rotates again gui.Rotation = gui.Rotation + 1 -- rotates |

also use an end at the end and the 'gui' has to be changed so it is editing your gui so for examples game.Workspace.StarterGui.Frame |

like i said, you have 2 options: change the time, or change the increment.
local gui = script.Parent local increment = .25 local time = 0
while wait(time) do gui.Rotation = gui.Rotation + increment end

| do wait() but make the change plus like 5 so it isn't so fast. Experiment if your 'that good' at scripting you should be able to do this yourself. |

| But you asked for the most basic thing in scripting you asked about how to change properties of an item. Yea they are 'Basic loops' But why ask for help if they're 'basic' and why didn't you make it yourself? |
