Check up: Before you start interviewing make sure the customer doesn`t have safe chat. To check make them say SW4U. Also they have to be 60+ days old. If not they cannot be interviewed. You need to have grammar. Rule 1:If you do not use grammar you will fail.
Rule 2:Another thing is be respectful being interviewed. If you act rude or troll. You will be kicked..
Rule 3:If you fail do not argue, spam on the wall, or rage. There is always next time.
Rule 4: You have 45 seconds to answer a question. After 45 seconds we will think you are away or a slow typer. But you will have 2 more chances to not be slow. After you break your 3 chances you failed.
Interview Questions 1: How did you find us? 2: Why do you think you will be good as a trainee? 3: Do you promise not to troll> 4: Please fix this sentence. h1 c@n 1 haz deh ch0ccolatt3 ice cram pwese. 5: Please fix this: h1 MY N@M3 1$ Fr3d w@1T D0 U WONT? ;C 6: If you can change heart what would it be? 7: On a scale 1-10 how good is your grammar? 8: Are there any thing we should know about you? 9: Do you have any questions or concerns? ________________________________________________________________________________________ Stuff for interviewers: While interviewing someone check their grammar. Check if they typing less then 45 seconds. Correct them if they fail on a word. Help them on a question. Please do not fail them if you hate them. Please do not pass them because they failed but they are you friend. If you lie we will check chat logs.
