— S.R.7 The Docklands State Government
AN RESOLUTION To subpoena ad testificandum Docklands National Guard robloxwolf123 to testify under Oath and de-classified all information he has possession over in a Senate Hearing scheduled (public) regarding to the illegal ties between the Nightgaladeld’s United States Military (NUSM) and the State of Docklands under the Tunes Administration.
Section I: General ‘robloxwolf123’ shall be summoned by the State of Docklands Senate to appear before them under oath at a scheduled Senate Hearing regarding the illegal ties between the State of Docklands and Nightgaladeld’s United States Military (NUSM).
Section II: The individual testifying shall recite the following oath, administered by the Lieutenant Governor or the President Pro Tempore before the Senate Hearing is commence: “I, (insert your name), solemnly swear (or affirm) that the evidence I shall provide shall be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, and if deceive the State of Docklands Government, I shall be charged with Perjury and Treason defined in law, whereas I shall serve time and face consequences under the Court of Law. So help me God.” (a) If the individual is religious, they must “solemnly swear” and is required to say “So help me God.” (b) If the individual is not religious, they must “solemnly affirm” and is not required to say “So help me God.”
Section III: The Lieutenant Governor and the President Pro Tempore are the overseer(s) of these operations. The person who is testifying must agree to a scheduled time and date with the overseer(s) to testify. The person who is testifying must make an opening statement after reciting the oath administered by the authorized individuals. From there, Senatorial members has the authority to ask minimum (3) three questions to the person who is testifying in the Senate Hearing. From there, they can be moved onto debating, etc; However, anything appropriate or necessary during the Senate Hearing must be done.
Section IV: The definitions below are defined as the following: (a) “summoned” shall be defined as “calling upon someone to be present by law.” (b) “recite” shall be defined as “repeat out loud in public.” (c) “perjury” shall be defined as “willing to tell an untruth after taking an oath or affirmation.” (d) “treason” shall be defined as “betraying the State of Docklands Government with misleading information.” (e) “deceive” shall be defined as “influencing a individual to believe something that is not true.” (f) “commence” shall be defined as “begin or start.”
SECTION V: This Resolution shall be enforced by the State of Docklands Senate.
SECTION VI: This Resolution shall go in effect immediately after passing the State of Docklands Senate.
SECTION VII: All legislation in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
