I am working on a future game (a puzzle platformer) where the rules are very simple:
1) Two things can go through each-other if they are the same color 2) Two things cannot go through each-other if they are not the same color.
I already have a place to test what I have so far for a game like this:

The simplicity of the game would make it lack interest.
Let's say hypothetically that the game jumps from 10 - 10,000 visits within a week of advertising after its official release. The popularity would rapidly die down before you know because of the simplicity. But I like the game idea as a whole.
But I'd play it once or twice and leave it at that. |

This idea is really interesting. However, I do agree that maybe there needs to be a bit more to make the playerbase be more interested in the game.
