So I created a game pass.

I made it purchaseable in game and on the website's store.

In game, I made it award the item right after they buy it through promptpurchase.


For the other stuff, I need some help.

Can I make it so that if they are in the game, but buy it from the website store, it will detect that in the game and give something to them? Can I do this through an event or what do I use?

And for buying it on the store then joining the game, I just use player.Added and check if they own the asset right?

Yeah, I know about this check. I'm not sure what the best way is to implement it though. Like do I need a while loop that continously checks if the players own the asset?

Or is there an easier/more efficient way to do it?

Try going to roblox sets in models. There is a script there that is a script that gives the player the item. You will need to set it up by typing in the I'd and things like that. Then you will have to choose the catalog item that it will give the player. I think this helps if that is what you were asking about.

Use GamePassService. MarketplaceService:UserOwnsAsset will stop working for user badges soon.

I need a dev to make a game with me because I am new At development and I made a gamepass and it doesn't even work! And I also want to know how to make a admin gamepass I know how to put admin in the game but the gamepass I don't know how to do that PLEASE HELP! MASTERDISTRUCTION1

The GamePassService:PlayerHadPass wiki page actually recommends using MarketplaceService:UserOwnsAsset..?

Merely, if you want to check if a user owns a gamepass instantly, you use MarketplaceService. If you want them to wait or rejoin, you use GamePassService.

My opinion.
