CLASSROOM Once you have introduced yourself, and your co-host (if you have one) You will march to the classroom
Once you have reached the classroom, explain the simple basic rules before entering the classroom
RULES: No stepping on grass. No disobeying or ignoring orders. Always Follow and live by the USAF core values. Never wear the wrong uniform, whether it be wrong rank or wrong occasion. Listen to all outranking individuals. The most important rule is to, NEVER go near the Aircraft without being given permission by a Military Training Instructor or an Instructor from the 8th tactical fighter wing. If you are caught disobeying any of the Rules then they will be punished.
You will have them go to the first room to their left, and pick a seat and do not sit down UNTIL YOUR PERMISSION
What you see before you, is a board, full of different divisions.
Once you explain all the divisions and what they mean and what they do, (Make sure you spend time with this, this is very important for the knowledge base of future Airmen) have them notify you, and write down their names and their code and PM it to General of the United States Air Force.
Once you have done that, you will go to classroom right across from it, there you will explain every rank to them, make sure they are taking notes because you will be inspecting them later, during promotion.
Make sure after you explain the ranks, do go over the Chain of Command, and talk about the core principles and motto of the Air Force. Talk about the Birthday of the USAF as well. (18 September 1947) MOTTO: Aim High ... Fly-Fight-Win
CORE PRINCIPLES: 1 Integrity First 2 Service before self 3 Excellence in all we do
