Q: I want a promotion! Please? With cherries and roses on top?
A: Promotions are earned with hard work, dedication, and activity. Nagging for promotions will be noted by HR staff. if you ask for a promotion, it WILL be recorded into your employee record. All in all, it will significantly decrease your chances of future promotion.
Q: Am I allowed to fool around on the job?
A: No. When customers and higher rank staff are around, please use your best grammar and professionalism at all times. There is always a TIME and a PLACE to fool around. If you are playing Assassin with your friends for an AS celebration of some sort, it is fine to fool around, but not to the point where it shows a poor representation of AS as a group, or if it is targeted towards another individual, or if you are breaking the ROBLOX terms of service. This can result in a suspension lasting approximately 30 (thirty days), a demotion, a loss of the job, or even in extreme cases, a report to ROBLOX administrators.
Q: I am an LR rank, and I am going to be inactive. What do I do?
A: You can always message the vice chairman or the chairman. Follow them to message them. You can give them details about why you will be inactive along with the date range which you will be inactive. If you do not let a HICOM (High Command) aware of the situation, a possible demotion could be issued.
Q: I am an MR rank, and I am going to be inactive. What do I do?
A: You can post a notice on the MR Trello Board under “Inactivity Notice” to let a HICOM (High Command) aware of your inactivity. Be sure to list your ROBLOX username, the reason for the inactivity, and the date range which you will be inactive. If you do not let a HICOM aware of the situation, a possible demotion could be issued.
Q: I am an HR below the rank Vice Chairman. I am going to be inactive. What do I do?
A: Contact Rein.
Q:Is online-dating allowed at the restaraunt?
A: Absolutely not. ANY individual predicted to be ODing will be pbanned from all AS servers, and there will be a report sent to the ROBLOX administrators. This will most likely result in an account deletion. If you are a staff member, you will be fired and a report will be sent to ROBLOX admins. Don’t do it. Valued and noted customers are no exception to this ROBLOX-wide expectation of all users.
Q:How do I find out what foods, drinks, and desserts we will be serving in the future AS?
A: Good question. You can visit Reindxxr’s profile, and scroll down to “CREATIONS.” Look for the FOOD TESTING PLACE. Click on that, and join the game! Have a nice feast!
Q: I wanna be a developer. How can I?
A: Usually, Rein isn’t seeking additional developers. If he is in need of one, it will usually be posted on his Twitter. @ReindxxrRBLX
Q: I want to order a glass of laundry detergent, please.
A: Trolling is prohibited at all times. Once a customer who is trolling has been issued three (3) warnings for misconduct, they will be removed from the server. If they return back to the server, they are issued another 3 warnings. After 3 warnings, there will be a permanent ban from all AS servers. A report to ROBLOX administrators may also be filed. If you are a staff member, you could either be suspended for a long period of time, demoted, fired, and even reported to admins depending on the severity of the situation.
Q: Are development staff such as scripters, food artists, and developers considered HR’s?
A: Yes, they are. Although they are usually not permitted to host sessions, they have most powers of a regular HR staff. They are to be treated with utmost respect, like every other HR and group member for that matter.
Q: Can I ally with AS?
A: If you are interested in allying AS, please contact our chairman, Reindxxr to discuss the matter.
Q: I am an LR. Do I get Trello or AS Discord Server access?
A: Unfortunately, that is a no. We are incredibly sorry about that.
Q: I have a report of an unruly staff member. Who can I send a report to?
A: If you are reporting an LR rank, please report it to an MR or HR. Most of them can be easily messaged by following them. If you have photographic evidence, please notify the reporting MR/HR aware of it. If you are reporting an MR, please speak to a Vice Chairman or Chairman about the matter.
