i picked a 110 kid up and put him on one shoulder
so maybe more than i think |

15 years old (16 in August) 110 lbs BW
95 lbs for sets 115 lbs for work load 135 lbs for max
Most statistics are based on adults, not so much on teens, so finding a result isn't easy.

Hi, I'm 15! and currently i am a bodybuilder with a 4 year experience :D
i can currently bench around 160 - 180 pounds!
last time i weighed myself was about a month ago and i was about 150 pounds or so!

Yeah, I'm gonna have to start doing a protein diet and take it more seriously, around 70 grams daily... but for my weight it's impressive to most people that I can do 135, I just wanted to make sure that it was good enough.

I just started four months ago, back then my max was 70 to 75 lbs... now it's 135 lbs! ...And I'm focusing on powerlifting mostly, because bodybuilding is a little more difficult for being underweight honestly, but gains are a lot easier.

Do whatever feels comfortable. If it is too easy, then more. Too hard and you struggle, less.
This is your body, it does not belong to others (unless).
You are still growing so don't worry too much just try to be healthy and have fun!

My form is usually better when I'm working with less weight... I do 95 for sets, and 115 for work load with pretty good form... I keep a fairly arched back and keep feet glued to the floor, I try not to move when I max though, but otherwise my form is okay in general.
