Okay, this might sound silly, but ROBLOX needs to teach players what a bot is and isn't.
When new users create an account, they should be taught what a typical bot would look like and do. For example, "This is a bot. Bots usually have the default looking account or a random solid color and a name like 'CheckMyProfile' or a random string of numbers. IGNORE THESE ACCOUNTS." and "If an account looks suspicious, check the join date of the account. If it is recent, around a month, then do not communicate with this account." This tutorial would be unskippable, and would take around 30 seconds for each slide for people to read.
This would prove very useful because it teaches new players to ignore these bots. They would no longer fall for the scam and compromise mommy's ###### ##### This would eventually lead to the downfall of bots because people don't fall for them anymore.
If bots eventually adapt, ROBLOX needs to update their tutorial and give it a worldwide notification, forcing every account to read it.
This idea may sound annoying, but keep in mind this is for the greater good of the website, and if you can't handle that, then you truly do not care about the problem or ROBLOX in general.
tl;dr - ROBLOX needs to teach everyone what a bot is and isn't. When bots adapt, ROBLOX needs to notify everybody about it.

| Good idea. I support this idea. Eventually the owners of the bot accounts will stop spamming. For others we can now know how to deal with bots. |

Even if ROBLOX saw this, they would be to scared to consider the fact their website is getting ruined by bots.
