I liked RBXLua and want to expand what I know + I want to use it for stuff outside of ROBLOX
I would probably start a project once I feel confident with Python for the heck of it, and maybe by the time I go to college or get a job I can put it on my resume

I use it a bit for academia. It has a solid community and a plethora of maintained packages.
It's pretty easy to pick up IMO if you already know lua. Jupyter notebooks w/ python are pretty nifty. |

| Learn Python the Hard way is pretty much universally accepted as one of the best ways to learn the language; I used learnxinyminutes as an syntax reference and just googled things as issues arose. |
