| My account was compromised last year and I thought I would've lost my stuff forever. I contacted ROBLOX and they said they'd give me full compensation via Robux value or my items back. I lost like 40 hats and faces with a value of 7676. All my game passes were deleted and good gear. I have more faith that I'll get my stuff back. They asked for proof and I told them the items that were deleted, the dates I brought them, and the prices. I couldn't bother do clothing as it would take forever. Also, the hacker is my friend. I forgave her. I'm not sure why but I don't want her banned. She made a mistake, and we've been friends for like 10 years. She's my only friend due to my anxiety D: |

If your account security has been compromised, it is important to immediately change the pa#########ou can do that by following this procedure: Click on the gear icon on the top right menu > Click on settings > Next to Pass#########ck the crayon icon and complete the requested fields.
At this link, you can find more specific pieces of information on how to change your ##################################################################################################### you do not have access to your account, you can submit a "Forgot my pass#########uest to ROBLOX.

If you have lost items on your account, you can contact ROBLOX Customer Service, and they will be able to possibly recover the losses at an 80% rate or lower depending on what would be the most appropriate. They could also decide to not recover the losses if they do have reasonable reasons to do so. You need to understand, that ROBLOX is not responsible for the losses, you are the one responsible of your account, and protecting it.

i'm not really sure that they can give you back your items based off of what you gave them, it's kind of difficult considering you have no proof of it. try writing back to roblox and asking how you could prove it because i have absolutely no other ideas apart from asking your friend to write them an email explaining the entire situation, but obviously that could be faked in roblox's minds and they won't help you. i'm sorry i really have no clue.

I have proof. I listed all the deleted items with the prices. That's proof. They can also check my transactions themselves. It's all accurate
