First of all, don't post your email.
I had the same problem before when I tried to buy in-app purchases. First thing you should do is wait. I believe that Roblox says it make take up to 5 minutes for a single transaction. If you have multiple accounts, make sure you are using the same account that you bought the robux with.
Furthermore, Roblox servers maybe slow, so before contacting Roblox or Apple, Andriod, etc. (Depending on what device you are using) you wait 24 hours.
If you STILL do not have your Robux, THEN contact Roblox and/or Apple, Andriod, etc. They will tell you what to do next. You should get a refund at least.

| I don't believe your bought it in the first place and you want someone to send you Robux. I highly doubt anyone will send you Robux. If you want someone to resolve your situation contact Roblox. |
