I rarely ever post here, and the last time I did was years ago, but now it's all ending...
I never cared for the Roblox forums, and even less for this subforum, but I have some incredible up and coming video projects that I would have posted here later this year, but now that will no longer be possible. I should have known Dave would target this next, all in the great effort to limit creativity and crush any hopes of new top devs/famous people rising ever again so as to save money output on their precious DevEx.
This subforum was basically trash, but it had its uses and now like everything that gives you a slight chance of getting your name out there, it will be removed and disposed of. And it almost made me laugh out loud at their joke of a notification. “Forum Upgrade”. Hah!
Now in the probable event that half of this is converted to hashtags by the cheap filter, I'll just sum up. ROBLOX is targeting any avenues left on their site that give people the slightest chance of putting their creations out and possibly gaining a following, so that they save money in the long run. They can't have too many people cashing out of DevEx, or else they might lose a tiny bit of extra money, and Dave just can't have that.
I bid all the fools here farewell, I disliked pretty much all of you from the start, and every time I look here my opinion of you all is always backed up further. I've been here a while and met a lot of you so called "Robloxiwood film makers" over the years, but was never impressed. Arrogance does not equal talent, skill or anything near. I even met TheCapComFreak (an old angry unstable, easily offended drill sergeant/Roblox film maker who was moderately well known and had a habit of quitting Roblox over and over, who lumped me in with all the other annoying bratty kids years ago and over all treated everyone like garbage) here on these forums, only to be betrayed by him and his cohorts a few months later when I made the mistake of trying to help him.
Also, a bit of advice none of you deserve; don't waste time helping other film makers, and don't waste time trying to hire actors either, just find a way to do it yourself.
In closing these forums will most likely not be missed too much, and I rarely even look at this entire website anymore, much less play any games like most old users, but as I said, these forums had their minor uses and that's exactly why they are being removed. That's right Dave, I'm onto you and one day you’ll make one mistake too many.
Everyone be sure to enjoy the new and improved “platform” that this website is devolving towards every day.
