Mk so, Randy isn't listening to me. So I need all of your help! K_Sarah has been an HR since this fed got started, and I've watched what she does, she doesn't do anything. I'm trying to make a good start for the "New Era", but if you have somebody that lacks the HR team, the "New Era" could be ruined. Lets face facts, for the past two to three years, Sarah hasn't hosted many shows. She hasn't hosted one show for 2017, and the closest thing shes ever gotten to hosting is filing in for 2 mins while her brother goes BRB. Now many others feel Randy gives his sister special ruling after her recent choices. Which can be understandable! I've been COO for nearly half my career in XRRW and I have not seen her host any show. Many people believe she doesn't deserve her current XRRW role, I am one of those people. Another example of why I think she should be removed from the HR team is, she invites her friends and let her friends play while a show is going on. Just because your an HR, you don't give your "BFF" admin secretly or let them come inside the arena secretly. That shouldn't be allowed. Meanwhile, Randy hasn't put his foot down on this. As COO of XRRW, I care about all talent and wrestlers and now since were in this new path/era of XRRW, we should start on a good note. It's for the better. If we can get 15-20 people to sign this petition on getting Sarah fired, it could be a good sign of the future! Please sign so we can get rid of dead weight on the HR team.
