Since there are a million threads against it, I'm trying to organize it all into one thread.
On July 14, ROBLOX announced plans to completely change the forums. This included removing almost every subforum and merging them into a set of only five subforums.
The problem with this is that each subforum has its own community. They each have their own "cultures," and this update will destroy all of that. These communities are the result of years and years of people working to create a different community from everyone else.
As you can see, with the amount of threads made against this update, there is plenty of outcry against it, and it is extremely disliked within the forums community. This is why I'm making an official petition thread against the update.
If we get enough support to stop the update, we can potentially avert a crisis. Just look at the colors update. Everyone voiced their support against the update, and ROBLOX made a compromise, allowing us to keep the old color palette and color individal sections of our avatar.
If we can get that kind of support on this thread, it is highly likely ROBLOX might reconsider the forum update.
I'm calling on those from all subforums who dislike this update to voice their support for this thread in the replies below.
