If you don't know what that is, it's basically going to college while you are still in high school.
Why shouldn't you?
Too much work at once, you do not qualify for student loans, or scholarships (ain't nobody got money for that) college is a distraction from high school, takes up your afternoons, and many more reasons.

did not happen to me. i took dual enrollment english, and i have loans and scholarships.

im not in high school. i start college in the fall, but i still have the loans and stuff from the college.

Like I said, high school students that are also in college do not qualify for student loans, because they do not have a high school degree yet.
Once you graduate the government will be more than happy to make people pay half of their paycheck for life.
