Confused about our ranks? Read this to find out essential information about Las Tapas' ranks.
- Non-Staff Ranks -
Customer - A non-employee group member who can apply for a job, or can come and be served at the restaurant.
Suspended - This rank is for a staff member who has done something to mean they deserve a suspension.
Noted Customer - An ex-HR/SR, or a famous Robloxian.
Trainee - A customer who has passed their interview/application, and needs to go to a training to get their official rank. They cannot work yet.
- Low Ranks -
Junior Server - A new worker, who has passed training and can work at the restaurant. If they want to advance to the next rank, they must pass trainings.
Server - An average staff member who may work at the restaurant. To advance, they must pass at trainings.
Senior Server - The last LR rank, that can only be earned by going to trainings as a server. This rank is for the servers who are willing to progress to higher ranks within the group, and are willing to work hard and be active. They must be role models to other workers, and must use good grammar.
- Middle Ranks -
Supervisor - Any hardworking Senior Server will be noticed by our HRs, and will be promoted to this rank. This rank can help with Interviews, and Trainings. They must protect the restaurant, and answer questions from LRs.
Shift Support - Active Supervisors who have good grammar and work hard will be promoted to this rank. This rank helps in the restaurant and at sessions.
Staff Leader - This is the last MR rank, and is for Shift Support that work hard. They must be a good example to MRs and LRs alike, and must remove any trollers or exploiters from our properties. Staff Leaders are there to guide staff within our group, and they must be active at sessions, and at the restaurant.
- High Ranks -
General Manager - This rank manages all LRs and MRs, hosts trainings, interviews & shifts, and keeps the group safe. They need to be active, use perfect grammar, and be a hardworking HR in order to do their job as best as they can.
Shift Manager - General Managers who work hard will be promoted to this rank. Shift Managers have to host, and they must work at the restaurant and answer any questions LRs or MRs have.
Senior Manager - This rank is for the HRs who have been with us a long time, and proved that they are trustworthy and hardworking enough to deserve to be a Senior Manager.
Developer - This rank is for our group's developers, who work hard to produce quality games and updates to let our group prosper.
Administration - This is the last HR rank, and reserved for the best Senior Managers who deserve a promotion. Administration hosts, helps our group grow and prosper, and supports the entire group.
- Senior Ranks -
Board of Directors - This rank is reserved for the Administration staff who work hard, are active and show that they are fully committed to Las Tapas. This rank is very hard to obtain, and it is very rare that we promote Administration to this rank. This rank must host and promote any HRs that work hard.
Regional Director - This rank is unobtainable. The Regional Director is hand-picked by the Company Director, and looks over the entire group, supporting it in every way they can.
Executive Director - This rank is unobtainable. The Executive Director must help our group prosper by supporting the other SRs, and organising the LRs, MRs and HRs.
Company Director - This rank is unobtainable. It is for the founder of the group, who hand-picks SRs, looks over the group, deals with developers, deals with allies, and makes our group as good as it can be.
