People get the misconception that everyone here should respect each other for who they are, it's reasonable and fine. But no, respect is earnt, not given out like candy.
LGBT Now me saying that is gonna cause a hate crowd but let me explain, humans are made with a DNA code, this is to reproduce, eat sleep and live, but when you start throwing that out the window like it was nothing isn't okay, there is no such thing as non-binary, everything is binary, we are made with a code dammit! Now me saying that, if you are a girl and like another girl or vice versa, I couldn't care less, but when you start changing your gender is kinda stepping over the line. Be who you were born to be, not who you want to be.
N .. 4.. zls
Yes, some of you may have noticed I am wearing the SS uniform from WW2, this isn't to say I hate you if you are a Jew, or that I like you more if you are German, it is just that I draw inspiration from the leader of the third reich, a man who went from nothing to one of the most powerful people in the world. And don't say he didn't have morals, do research and see how generous he in fact was. Also cause my family fought for them and that's kinda a big part of my family tree.
Feminists
Please die. That's all. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm all for equal rights, but right now the term feminism has been stretched so much it is more like women rule. And if you do some research, in the first world, we have achieved equal rights. There is no wag gap or men only zones. Note I said first world, but for countries like Iraq still have unequal rights, so how about you fight for them instead of how a man cut in line at a maccas.
Conclusion:
Now, some of you might get triggered and change your opinion on me, so be it. If you did it really meant you had a low opinion anyway. Now take this post with a grain of salt, I didn't intend to trigger anyone. Also feel free to add your opinions below, I couldn't care less. None the less I care about your opinions, just I won't change mine cause you disagree. (Time to see who is easily triggered) |

"There is no wag[e] gap"
In 2014, the Sony hack revealed one of the largest gender wage gaps to have ever been perpetrated. Now granted, the wage gap was enforced by the Sony president, whom was a woman, and had the largest salary in all of Sony, but that doesn't change the fact that, in "the first world", there was an active wage gap. |

BolramWolffe, what is the exact point of this thread? No one asked for your opinions and probably nobody cares. You just wasted an x amount of minutes writing a pointless thread about your political beliefs instead of contributing to some collaborative project that could help revitalise the RP community.
SwedishLemon, the alleged "gender wage gap" fails to account for critical variables, such as occupation, position, education, job tenure, hours worked, and most importantly, the different choices women make than men when it comes to career choice.
In a 2007 report, the American Association of University Women admitted that most of the "gender wage gap" is explained by personal choices, rather than sexism. And in 2009, a study for the U.S. Department of Labor found that the "23-cent wage gap" may be also entirely the result of individual choices being made by both male and female workers.
The "gender wage gap" shrinks significantly when you include key factors like hours worked, occupation, position, and education. If not entirely, to such a small margin that it's basically nothing. |

I was referring to the wage-gap Sony instituted via order from the president of Sony Entertainment. Employees were being paid less than half their male counterparts were, even at the highest levels of employment at the company.
Pascal (the president) herself claimed she was the only hard-working woman and thus deserved her salary, and therefore the other women must be inferior and deserve to be paid less.
This was an example of a real wage gap. WikiaLeaks released all this information about it. I suggest you read through the data acquired from the Sony hack rather than resorting to a study made prior to this wage gap being instituted, Precision. |

| It seems that we were just on different topics, then. I was referring to the overall supposed gender wage gap, not an isolated incident. |

I was just trying to point out that isolated incidents of sexism, including wage gaps, still do occur in our modern era, they're just incredibly rare in comparison to previous eras.
But yes, overall the gender wage gap is a myth, similar to the "1 in 4 women are assaulted in college" study that was proven false. |

"Be who you were born to be, not who you want to be."
Kind of hypocritical, considering you weren't born to be an roleplayer, a ROBLOX user, or a salty internet cracker.
"who you want to be."
You WANTED to roleplay, and you did. Your a roleplayer.
You WANTED in some way or form to join ROBLOX, so you did.

>"...salty internet cracker." Why do I find it common amongst left-winged demonstrators/activists/people, or those who align themselves with the Left, often like to preach that they're for equality and egalitarian society yet they consistently bash and vilify Caucasians?
>"Kind of hypocritical, considering you weren't born to be a roleplayer..." 1. You used 'an' wrong, it's supposed to be an 'a' because 'role player' doesn't start with a vowel. 2. Being a role player is more of an occupation, not filing as an "ancient psychic tandem war elephant" in a government document and the protesting, looting, and razing cities when someone calls that ridiculous. |
