| I tried using a ###### ################# to buy 800 robux and it said transaction declined by bank, so I tried again, and it said the same thing, but when I checked my bank, it had charged me both times. No robux has come in yet and we have tried calling Roblox. This makes me mad because its not the first time. |

contact info@roblox.com with the purchase information of the two times it charged you, you should be able to get your robux back or call your bank and tell them to refund you (i have barely any idea how banks work)
