| The WASD keys haven't been working for three straight days. I have tried resetting my computer, reinstalling ROBLOX, changing keyboard options, disconnecting and reconnecting my keyboard. I have done it all. If someone has had this problem, and knows the fix, I'll be very thankful! ROBLOX, please fix this bug, this is killing your game. |

maybe one of your roblox files that allow you to move is corrupted. you should try deleting the roblox file and then running a game + downloading it again. if that doesn't help, i'll try and find another solution to it.
to find the roblox file you can choose any one of these paths:
→ right click the 'ROBLOX Player' icon on your desktop and press open file location → once it's opened, above the files it should have a path that says "NAME > AppData > Local > Roblox > Versions > VersionNameHere" click 'Local', it should take you right back to where you can find the ROBLOX file → once you've found the roblox file, press 'delete' on it and it should hopefully remove all of your files to do with roblox
or
→ go to any of your files as normal from your desktop or click 'this pc' → go down to where it says 'network' and underneath it, it should say 'name-pc', click it → press 'users' and then press 'dave' (or whatever your name is) → click appdata, then press 'local'. you can see your roblox file here, delete it. → you can also see the 'temp' in local, you should clear that too
once you've followed any one of those paths, click on a random game and press 'play' or go to: https://www.roblox.com/download let robloxplayer download and try entering a game, if your controls still don't work, contact info@roblox.com.

| it started yesterday and i could not move I tried leave and rejoining reseting also I tried WASD and If you can't move how will you play roblox???? |

Do you have a controller plugged in? if so, unplug it and then try. if not, check if your keyboard is unplugged or not

| I also use a wired keyboard and mouse. I use a HP keyboard, a dell mouse, and a MAC. That is my PC. |

| I have tried reinstalling 3 times, I have restarted my computer completely multiple times. Yet, it still doesn't work. I don't know why, this has happened before, and I have waited, and it fixed itself. But I've never waited this long. Do you have any other suggestions? |
