Sleeping is a key part of a healthy lifestyle, and can benefit your heart, weight and mind,
I sleep 22:00 - 5:00 and take a nap around 13:00 till 15:00.
I use to sleep 20:00 - 5:00 in the past lol
Since it's summer and holiday for most of us we should work on improving our sleeping habits.
