There'd be a new column of the checkbox things which allow the selected role to be able to do stuff that right now, only those of the leader role can do. This includes:
- Changing rank numbers - Changing role names - Changing role descriptions - Changing logo/emblem - Modifying the settings - Changing the description
Except, those with the leader admin permission may not give other roles permissions as that would obviously cause abuse. I think this would be a good opportunity for those groups who prefer "Joint-leadership" or "Collaborated Administration".

| There's that risk of group admin abuse, you would have to trust the people in that rank to use their position properly. Support. |
