- Grammar & spelling are important when communicating with customers. This continues to leave a positive and professional impression with our guests. - Be kind to our guests and greet them when interacting them within the resort property. - Be prompt with fulfilling orders and explain an issues in a professional manor if something is not working or unavailable. - Be willing to answer questions about the group and encourage those looking to join us. Make sure to point them in the proper direction for an interview or the application process. - Be an active member of the group. It is important to practice these procedures and help out customers during shifts. Attending shifts will be crucial in being promoted. - Disruptive Players. Politely ask any players to stop what they are doing, and if the issue continues, direct it to the proper staff members to handle it accordingly.

Trainee rank is not able to work at the hotel until they have gone to two training sessions. Please read the training section of this forum. Restaurant Employee-Receptionist ranks will be given out every four days a staff member is active approximately. Should stay at the hotel for most of the shift for their daily point to count for promotion. Supervisor-Head Management ranks will be given out based on preforming their jobs well, and making sure LR's are properly working. Head Management+ promotions will only occur by FrozenPenguinz, and very few will have the ability to be promoted this far. HR's are require to attend almost every shift, start shifts, and host interview sessions.

[TRAININGS] by FrozenPenguinz
2-3 times per week, MR and HR employees will host training sessions at our brand-new Headquarters. Watch the group shout for times. TRAINEES ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO WORK AT THE HOTEL. Please read this section if you a new employee.
Training Session Part 1: In this starting training session, you will have a 15 minute lecture regarding our policies at the hotel and everything you will need to do at the hotel for your ranks of Restaurant Employee, Room Service, Spa Specialist, and then Receptionist. Following, demonstrators will show you how to properly perform. After this 45 minute training session, you will each have a small quiz, so that we know you took notes and are capable of being an employee here.
Training Session Part 2: This is the time to show your skills. Each trainee will go through the stations with instructors, and you must follow the directions we taught you at a previous training session. This will only take about 5-10 minutes per person, and depending on how you perform, you will move up to the Restaurant Employee rank.

Example Phrases: "Hello, and welcome to Breakaway Hotels and Resorts! How may I help you?" "Sure! What type of room would you like to have, a standard or upgraded game pass room (robux)?" "Your room is ___. Have a lovely day!"
How to give hotel rooms: Requires admin, ask an HR if you do not have it when a shift has started. Admin for LR's is NOT permanent. Suites and Condos require a game pass.
Standard: Suites: Condos: 201-206 307-309 Condo 1-4 301-306 407-409 401-406
Command for Standards/Suites - :give player room ___ Command for Condos/Townhouses - :give player condo __
How to check for a game pass: Go into the search box, and find their user profile. Go into inventory/game passes and see if they have a pass. Make sure to ask before looking into their inventory.
People who have the rank 'premium customer' means they have the condo gamepass already, and you do not need to verify that they own it.

[SPA SPECIALIST GUIDE] by FrozenPenguinz
Example Phrases: "Hello and welcome to the Spa! How may I help you?" "We have free nail, hair, and makeup services! The massage room and sauna are exclusive for those who have the M Lounge gamepass."
The Spa is located across the street, and has opened on February 11.
Tools will be added in :tools for things to improve the customer's experience. Please be appropriate when working at the Spa, and report a customer to an HR if they are not behaving normally. Customers should be with a staff member. Otherwise, they should wait in the lobby of the Spa for the next available spa specialist. Only staff members may :noclip into the gamepass area if the customer has the pass. No freebies!

I would like to work here because I think this hotel is very nice and this group is pretty good. I did and I was head of security for this group I cant remember the name though as soon as I remember it I will tell you. I am in London. I am active all the time and I will be very active to this group! sorry I do not understand the question you are asking me. I wish to get the best experience I can. From a friend! |

1. I would like to be room service or possible the receptionist. 2. I have experience because I worked at a hotel being room service and a receptionist. 3. I'm in United States in the north. 4. I'm very active and I spend about five hours average on roblox. 5. I would be a important employee because receptionist get people to there rooms and room service is important because otherwise customers aren't happy. 6. I would like to have the experience to make me a better worker at a hotel. 7. I found Breakaway hotel because I search for hotel games.
