The guide below will give a detailed description of how interview sessions are expected to be run. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [SHOUT FORMAT]: Interviews | Host: (username) | Co-Host: (username) | Head down to the Interview Centre for a chance to become an employee!
Please remember to shout at least 30 minutes before the session begins so customers will know when to arrive to the Interview Centre. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [INTERVIEW QUESTIONS]:
1 - Why do you want a job at Freezie's?
2 - How will you benefit Freezie's?
3 - How far do you plan to go in Freezie's?
4 - Who is the current Chairman of Freezie's?
5 - Who is the current Vice Chairman of Freezie's?
6 - Will you follow all orders given to you by superiors?
7 - How would you handle a troller?
8 - What do you rate your grammar on a scale from 1-10?
9 - How would you rate your activity on a scale from 1-10?
10 - What makes you better than other applicants?
11 - Do you have any final questions, comments, or concerns? ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [INTERVIEW RULES]:
Rule #1: You must use grammar at all times during your Interview, we must expect maturity and professionalism from all of you. When you are applying here you must be the best worker you can be. Rule #2: Please be sure to add professional answers towards your answers, this will decide your fate of passing or failing. You have 3 strikes before you can be automatically failed. Rule #3: If you fail please don’t be upset, there are many other times that you can attend to try to pass again.
Rule #4: Do NOT mess around, we expect you to have 100% effort put into this interview.
Rule #5:You will be given 30 seconds to respond to each question. If you take more than 30 seconds to respond to your interviewer, you will be kicked from the server. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 1 - Before the session begins, make sure everyone is seated and silent. Kick any Trainees through Senior Cashiers.
2 - Once the scheduled session time has been reached, the host slocks the server and makes an announcement on the group shout that the server has been slocked.
3 - The host will use the :m command to thank everyone for coming and announce that introductions will begin. (Order of staff introductions: Host > Co-Host > Remaining ranks from highest to lowest.)
4 - Once all the staff have introduced themselves to the customers, the host will use the :sm command to go over the rules.
5 - Once the rules have concluded, the host will use the :m command to announce that the interviewers will now begin interviewing.
6 - Interviewers will randomly choose someone to interview in the lobby. After they have chosen someone to interview, they will go to their interview room and teleport the customer to them)
7 - Interviewers will kick those who have failed from the server and rank those who have passed. If the interviewer is unable to rank their customer, they will message the host to promote them.
8 - Once all of the customers have been interviewed, the host will shutdown the server and then shout on the group to announce that interviews have concluded. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Please make sure to follow this entire procedure for a perfect interview session.
