Because I am worried it might overheat my system! |

'Cause Mac graphic cards are notorious for overheating, and Roblox graphics are very demanding.

You should trade in your Mac and get a proper Windows PC. Macs are essentially underpowered, locked down, glorified Unix machines.
Alternatively, you could build your own Windows PC for cheap. |

Hello!
Most people here don't know anything about hardware, so i'll settle in.
A lot of MACs don't have active cooling systems, meaning they only use heatsinks and they tend to get pretty hot when gaming or giving the CPU some load.
ROBLOX's graphics aren't even near to being demanding, ROBLOX is CPU bound and can run on 1 Non-hyperthreading core. Reducing graphics helps improve some FPS and temps.
MACs don't have graphics cards or GPUs, They use graphics acceleration units that are usually being uses on phones and chromebooks.
If you have one of the newer MACs, try to use the software to reduce the processor's max frequency or if you have an active cooling solution in your Mac use a program like HWInfo to set your fan speed to manual and high.
Good luck! |
