I'm actually taking the stuff so I know this now o3o!
Software Engineering is about doing it the right way. It's about system architecture, design patterns, making code that's readable/editable/reusable. So if you have, say, a Roblox engine. That'd need to be done by a software engineer because you don't want to have to go back and remake anything if something breaks.
Comp Sci is theory. You learn about efficiency, data structures, etc., But it's about making programs that work quickly. It's ideal for places like Google where you need to deal with data structures containing millions of elements in under a second.
