Considering I can't run due to an injury I don't see how it's a bad thing?

I like the pain of cardio but I have to actually be moving somewhere. If I am someplace with treadmills/bikes I am picking up heavy things instead. |

I have a really weird breathing disorder where I'm unable to lift/run but can do the bike cause it's easier on the body

I had asthma bad as a kid but somehow seemed to grow out of it. I was in shape until I had a pretty bad back injury last year, I couldn't get off a couch. Now I am way better but my back gets really tight sometimes and I am scared to do legs or real cardio. |

Yeah getting back into running after having death scares is something that's very chalenging and terrifying, I can relate to that. Running is fun and all, but if your body just cannot handle it, it's definately not worth the risk as there's plenty of alternatives to stay in shape and enjoy it. Heck I used to be a Regional runner until I suffered my fluke injury and probably never see myself running again, but that's just life and you just gotta make the best out of a terrible situation.
