In my experience this is generally true.
Leaders who think they're too good to interact with mid/lower-ranking members of their group or flat out refuse to answer DMs.
You're honestly just setting yourself up for failure at that point.

I fully agree. While leading Green Gods i read and replied to every pm or anyone who tried to talk to me. I would never ignore them.
A true leader knows what the people of the clan want.

I don't like a very interactive leader if they are an Emperor or such. It really ruins the facade for me.

I can understand, but that is why they appoint a Supreme General and such. My Emperor Scelus doesn't typically come to our fort very much but he will always reply to my messages and do group maintenance.

Infa, from my experience members look upto you instead of worshipping you.
Look at two clans paths right.
RSF - Fruitbox would do anything to ignore everyone even his own high-ranks... RSF - Shut down for years because of its leaders arrogance
GG - I made an effort to talk to everyone who needed me. I talked to low ranks every day which made them feel welcome and remembered. GG - Has been running since it was made under a new leader
I'm not saying GG>RSF or anything i'm just taking it as an example.

If you're a superclan leader, in particular, your interaction with your newer members can forever shape their image of you.

I'm not so much referring to coming to forts and trainings, more just interacting with the community, responding to messages.
For instance, in my first year on ROBLOX I asked SONIC for an alliance with my nonexistant group that my friend and I had made up. He actually responded to my message and said he'd be glad to ally.
I don't know. It's little things like that. It's part of why I've had a favorable opinion of FEAR.

But you would get to know him pwner... Clan leaders should really try make more of an effort for their members.
As magic said "interaction with your newer members can forever shape their image of you." this is soo true.
Many years ago Green Gods was having a High-Rank meeting right after the GSC v UN war, and randomly Pspjohn1 comes. I looked upto John a very very lot. Now even more.
He came to me and he said he would be my mentor and he would show me the way he leads. Green Gods had around 1k members so we weren't very known back then. John showed me everything. A small time leader and I still talk to John even to this day.

Like because of that day... I had a love for JC as much as to get it for 600k from the guy who killed it(steff) and give it to atom. That's what a small interaction can do...

Leaders like SONIC are good.
Very admirable, know how to play their cards. Maintaining their bearing and stature while at the same time still having an active role in leading their groups.
Vaktus is good, too.

Yeah good examples are sonic, vaktus, tonitoni
bad examples are fruitbox and whoever led X101st can't remember his name.

it isn't 100% a bad thing

| I agree, but if they interact too much it ruins how special they are to their members. |

| I agree to a extent, I also think they need to reserve themselves so they're special like a few people already said. You also can't buddy up with all of your members or they'll take you less seriously and etc. |
